摘要
目的 探讨分析腹泻患者接受综合护理的临床效果。方法 根据我院2012年11月~2014年11月72例腹泻患者进行研究分析,分成观察组和对照组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合护理。结果 观察组患者临床中治疗有效率是97.30%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是71.43%,观察组的腹泻改善时间、大便改善时间、发热时间要比对照组短,两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹泻患者临床中接受综合护理具有非常好的效果,患者的体征和症状均有所改善。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with diarrhea. Methods 72 cases of diarrhea were studied and analyzed in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014, divided into observation group and control group, control group using conventional care, observation group using comprehensive nursing. Results The observation group, the clinical effective rate was 97.30%, control group, the clinical effective rate of the treatment is 71.43% and improve time improve time observation group of diarrhea, stool, fever time to compared with the control group, two groups of results there is a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of diarrhea patients with comprehensive care has a very good effect, the patient＇s signs and symptoms have improved.
