摘要 针对某飞机液压系统控制器的研制需求,提出了基于RT-lab的液压系统快速原型化的设计方法,该方法将Matlab、AMESim等仿真软件建立的液压系统数学模型转化为可执行的实时仿真代码,结合分布式仿真的概念将系统有效的进行模型分割,达到多模型并行计算且满足实时仿真要求,形成了可用于控制器快速原型化设计的液压系统的虚拟样机。该项技术解决了传统液压系统模型无法实时化的问题,且在液压设计领域内具有一定的参考作用。 According to the requirement of a certain aircraft hydraulic system controller, the design method of rapid prototyping of hydraulic system based on RT-lab was proposed. The mathematical model of hydraulic system, which is established by using Matlab, AMEsim and other simulation software, can be converted into real time simulation code. Based on the concept of distributed simulation, the system can be divided into an effective model to achieve the multi model parallel computing and meet the requirements of real-time simulation. Virtual prototype of hydraulic system which can be used for rapid prototype design of controller was developed. The technology had solved the traditional hydraulic system model can' t real-time problem, and reference to hydraulic design.
