摘要
目的:在心脏诊疗术中观察音乐疗法对患者生理和焦虑心理的影响。方法:选取在我科接受择期心脏诊疗术的患者58例,按照择期手术时间顺次分为对照组和干预组,各29例。对照组给予术中常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予音乐疗法,比较2组的护理效果。结果:干预组术中焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的SBP、DBP和HR水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法在心脏诊疗术中的影响效果显著,可明显降低术中焦虑情绪,改善患者就医体验。
Objective：To investigate the effect of musicotherapy on physiology and anxiety of patients during cardiac interventional operation.Methods：58 cases undergoing cardiac interventional operation from August 2014 to April 2015 in our department were randomly divided into musicotherapy group and control group with 29 cases in each.The control group was only given routine nursing while the musicotherapy group was given musicotherapy plus routine nursing. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results：The score of intraoperative anxiety in the musicotherapy group was significantly less than that in the control group （ P〈0.05） , and the levels of SBP,DBP and HR in musicotherapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Musicotherapy is effective during cardiac interventional operation.It can significantly reduce patients’anxiety and improve their experiences when receiving medical service.
