摘要
讨论了利用X射线荧光光谱仪测定择型分子筛中各元素含量的分析方法。考察了方法的准确性,表明该分析方法准确度高,能够满足进厂原材料的分析要求,且能有效高速的代替原有人工化学分析方法。
This paper mainly discusses the method of determining the element content in the selective molecular sieve by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The accuracy of the method was investigated, which was accurate and could meet the analysis requirements of the raw material in the factory, and also could replace the original artificial chemical analysis method with high efficiency.
