摘要
从复杂理论的角度分析职前与职后教师教育。复杂理论强调复杂系统的相互关联性、相互适应性、动态性、开放性、非线性。教师教育本身也是一个复杂系统,其中包括学习者、国家与地方政策、教师与培训者、课程内容、途径等。这些因素相互作用,相互适应,充分体现了复杂系统的特征。
This paper analyses pre-service and post-service teacher education from the perspective of complexity theory, which emphasizes the interconnectedness, adaptation, dynamics, openness, nonlinearity within the complex systems. Teacher education, as a complex system, includes learners, national and local policy, teachers and trainers, curriculum and method. These factors are interconnected and adapted to reflect the typical features of the complex systems.
