摘要
目的:了解2015年南京医科大学附属南京医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊心脑血管类中药注射剂的应用情况,为促进中药注射剂在我院的合理应用提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统所提供的数据,对2015年我院门诊心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用及药品销售金额排序与用药频度排序的排序比等进行统计分析。结果:2015年我院心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额为271.18万元,占中药注射剂总销售金额316.57万元的85.66%;各季度心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额存在一定差别,第3季度最少,第4季度最多,与心脑血管疾病“夏季低发、冬季高发”的特点相符;销售金额和用药频度排序居前3位的药品为舒血宁注射液、注射用血栓通和注射用灯盏花素;限定日费用排序居前3位的药品为疏血通注射液、注射用血栓通和舒血宁注射液;大多数药品的排序比≥1.0。结论:心脑血管类中药注射剂在我院应用广泛,其使用较稳定、合理,应用前景较好,但规范心脑血管类中药注射剂的合理应用仍具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of cardio-cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） injections in outpatient department of Nanjing the First Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） in2015,so as to provide reference for the rational application of cardio-cerebrovascular TCM injections in our hospital.METHODS： According to the data from hospital information system（ HIS）,statistical analysis was conducted on the application of cardio-cerebrovascular TCM injections in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC） and the ranking in our hospital in 2015. RESULTS： In 2015,the consumption sum of cardiocerebrovascular TCM injections was 2. 7118 million yuan,accounting for 85. 66% of the total consumption sum 3. 1657 million yuan. There were certain differences in the consumption sum of each quarter,the third quarter was the minimum and the fourth quarter was the maximum,coinciding with the characteristics of cardio-cerebrovascular disease with high incidence in winter while with low incidence in summer. The top three drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were respectively Shuxuetong injections,Xueshuantong injections and Shuxuening injections. The majority of ranking ratio were greater than or equal to 1. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical application of cardio-cerebrovascular TCM injections in our hospital is wide,stable and rational,which shows a good use prospect. However,it is still important and valuable to promote the rational standard application of TCM injections in clinic.
