摘要
主要计算了刮板输送机弯曲段最佳长度,分析了刮板受力情况、矿井刮板输送机在推移过程中的不当操作以及造成跳链事故的原因,提出了减少跳链事故发生的一种方法。该方法可减少刮板输送机的维修时间。
This paper calculates the bending section of the best length, analyses the force situation of scraper, scraper conveyor are introduced and improper operation in the process of time, jumping chain caused by the cause of the accident, puts forward a method of reducing jump chain accident, reduce the maintenance time of scraper conveyor and improve the economic benefit of coal enterprise.
