摘要
全科医生作为卫生保健系统的"守门人",同时也是基层医疗服务的提供者。尽管我国各地政府、医学院校和相关医疗机构对于全科医生的培养进行了广泛探索,总体情况仍然差强人意。笔者针对我国全科医生人力资源及培养的现状作一分析,探讨存在的问题,同时提出一些思考和建议。
General practitioners are ＂gatekeeper＂ for the health of residents in health care system,moreover, they also are provider of the basic medical and public health services.Extensive exploration have been applied in general practitioner training by governments,medical university and correlated medical institution everywhere,however general practitioner training status are dissatisfactory yet.The authors investigate the development of general practitioner human resources status and training status nowdays,and analysis the existing problems.Finally,several thoughts and suggestions were proposed.
