摘要 生物法因为具有立体选择性高、环境污染少、反应条件温和等特点,已成为合成L-2-氨基丁酸的重要方法。对近年来生物法(包括发酵法、氨基酰化酶法、氨基酸氧化酶法、酰胺酶法、腈水解酶法、转氨酶法和氨基酸脱氢酶法)合成L-2-氨基丁酸的路线和研究进展进行了综述,分析上述工艺中存在的问题并提出建议和对策,为实现L-2-氨基丁酸工业化生产和降低生产成本提供参考。 Biosynthesis provides an eco-friendly approach for L-2-aminobutyrate due to its high stereoselectivity and mild condition. This review summarized the biosynthetic method of L-2- aminobutyrate such as microbial fermentation, biotransformations with aminoacylase, amino acid oxidase, amidase, nitrilase, transaminase and amino acid dehydrogenase. The advances and the limitations of these methods were assayed. In order to reduce cost of industrial production of L-2- aminobutyrate, suggestions and countermeasures were also put forward for the existing problems.
