摘要
目的根据现代战争战现场急救配备的需求分析,研制作战人员的单兵急救包。方法基于现代战争中战现场急救的要求和战伤救治技术的进展,并借鉴外军作战人员单兵急救包配备,配备我军作战人员的战现场急救型单兵急救包,然后在训练中验证其是否可以满足战伤急救的需求。结果作者推荐作战人员单兵急救包的配置包括:旋压止血带、鼻咽通气管、"H"型战地包扎敷料、压缩曲线纱布、环甲膜穿刺针、胸腔穿刺针、胸腔封闭贴、卷式夹板、三角巾、硬质眼罩、军用手套、剪刀、记号笔、2片二氢埃托啡舌下含片和4片左氧氟沙星片。试点工作显示,其可满足战伤急救的需求。结论推荐单兵急救包的配置可满足现代战争条件下作战人员战现场急救的需求。
Objective According to the requirement of combat first aid equipment for modern warfare,to develop first aid kit for combatants. Methods The first aid kit for combatants of PLA was equipped on the base of demands for first aid in the war field and advances in combat casualty care,meanwhile,foreign military first aid outfit was used for reference. The effect was verified whether it satisfied the needs of combat casualty care. Results The first aid kit for combatants was recommended by author including： spinning tourniquet,nasopharyngeal airway,field dressing（ H）,compression curve gauze,thyrocricocentesis needle,thoracentesis needle,closed-chest paste,roll splint,triangular bandage,hard goggles,military gloves,scissor,marking pen,two pieces of dihydroetorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets and four pieces of levofloxacin tablets. Experimental work was shown that it could meet the needs of combat first aid. Conclusion The outfit of first-aid kit can satisfy the requirement of combat first aid in modern warfare.
