白花曼陀罗根、茎和叶的显微鉴别研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究白花曼陀罗的根、茎和叶显微鉴别特征,为进一步完善白花曼陀罗的形态学鉴别以及扩大药用资源提供基础。方法对白花曼陀罗的根、茎、叶横切面组织构造和粉末特征进行显微鉴别(徒手切片法、叶表皮撕片法和粉末制片法)。结果根横切面维管束外韧型,形成层环列明显;茎横切面表维管束径向排列,木纤维多角形,髓部常呈空洞状;叶横切面嫩叶可见众多簇晶,老叶可见众多柱晶。根粉末中可见草酸钙簇晶、网纹导管、木纤维、木栓细胞等;茎粉末中可见细小草酸钙簇晶、具缘纹孔导管、腺毛、非腺毛等;叶粉末中可见草酸钙簇晶、柱晶、螺纹导管、腺毛、非腺毛、不等式气孔等;叶显微常数:气孔平均长度为21.34μm,平均宽度为16.20μm,气孔平均密度为176.8个/mm2,栅表比为1.4,脉岛数为20.3个/mm2。结论白花曼陀罗药材显微鉴定特征明显,可为白花曼陀罗的显微鉴定标准的制定提供参考。 Objective To study the microscopic identification features of root,stem and leaf of Datura stramonium so as to provide the basis for further improvement of the morphology and identification of Datura stramonium and expansion of medical resources.Methods The microscopic identification of the cross section and powder characteristics of root,stem and leaf of Datura stramonium were made(hand sectioning method,leaf epidermis tearing method and powder production method).Results The transverse section of root had collateral vascular bundles and formed an obvious layer ring;in the cross section of the stem,vascular bundles were radially arranged with polygonal wood fiber and cavitary pith;in the cross section of the leaf,many visible crystals were seen in new leaves and lots of columnar crystals were seen in the old leaves.The calcium oxalate crystals,murus,wood fiber and cork cells could be found in root powder;the small calcium oxalate crystals,bordered pit,glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs could be seen in stem powder;the calcium oxalate crystals,column crystals,thread tube,glandular hairs,non-glandular hairs,anisocytic type stoma could be found in leaf powder.The microscopic constant of leaf included,the average stomatal length was 21.34 μm,the average width was 16.20 μm,the average pore density of 176.8 /mm^2,palisade ratio was 1.4,vein islet number was 20.3 /mm^2.Conclusion The microscopic identification of medicinal characteristics of Datura stramonium provides reference for criteria formulation of the microscopic identification of Datura stramonium.
