摘要
阐述境外铁路工程项目本土化内涵和重要意义,分析本土化发展的具体形式及面临的主要挑战;研究以"风险共担、合作共赢"为原则的本土化策略,提出中国企业在境外铁路工程项目实施本土化策略的举措建议,为铁路企业"走出去"开展本土化合作提供参考和借鉴。
This paper expounds the connotation and significance of localization on overseas railway project,analyzes the concrete forms and main challenges of the localization,studies the localization strategy with ＂risk sharing,win-win cooperation＂ as principle,proposes specifi c suggestions of localization strategy for the overseas railway project,provides reference for railway enterprises undertaking overseas projects.
