摘要
目的:评价中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumonia,MPP)的临床疗效。方法:纳入80例MPP患儿,按随机数字表分成治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用西医常规治疗结合清肺通络中药口服,同时辅以穴位敷贴治疗,治疗周期为10 d。评价两组患儿的疾病疗效及中医证候疗效,比较两组患儿的主要症状及肺部体征评分。结果:治疗后,两组的总有效率均为100%,而对照组的疾病疗效愈显率为77.50%、治疗组为97.50%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组的中医证候疗效愈显率为62.50%,治疗组为90.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患儿的发热、咳嗽、痰壅、气喘及肺部体征评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患儿咳嗽、痰壅评分低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿的主症总积分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患儿的积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用中医清肺通络法结合西医常规疗法治疗MPP具有较好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患儿的临床症状。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia （MPP）. Methods： Eighty children with MPP were included and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and the children in the treatment group were treated with oral Chinese medicine of ＂Qingfei Tongluo Method＂ combined with acupoint application based on the conventional western medicine. The treatment course was 10 days. The effect on disease and Chinese medical syndrome were evaluated and the scores of the main symptoms and the pulmonary signs were compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rates of both groups were 100% and the markedly effective rates on the disease curative effect of the control group and the treatment group were 77.50% and 97.50% respectively, with statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the markedly effective rates on the Chinese medical syndrome effect of the control group and the treatment group were 62.50% and 90.00% respectively, with statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, the scores of fever, cough, phlegm, asthma and pulmonary signs in both groups were obviously decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the scores of cough and phlegm in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the scores of the main symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased （P 〈0.01 ）, and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Qingfei Tongluo Method＂ combined with conventional western medicine have good effect in the treatment of MPP for children and can improve the clinical symptoms.
