摘要
利用表面张力和重力的平衡,采用悬滴-凝胶化法制备了均一的、直径在1 mm左右海藻酸钙微球颗粒。采用紫外-可见光谱分析法对一种模型分子(甲基绿)在该微球中的缓释过程进行了研究,并建立了扩散传质的数学模型。粒径的均一性使该模型只需要针对单个微球而设立,并具有严格的分析解,由此我们计算出了该分子在海藻酸钙凝胶微球中的扩散系数D。这一研究对药物控缓释动力学的研究具有借鉴意义。
By balancing surface tension and gravity forces, monodisperse calcium alginate gel micro-spheres with sizes of about 1 mm were prepared through a dropping-gelation method. Brilliant green, a model drug molecule, was used to study the controlled release process inside the micro-spheres through UV- vis measurements, and a mass diffusion model was developed. The monodispersity made it possible to represent the whole system with a model only targeting one single micro-sphere, and a strict analytical solution was derived. Based on this model, the diffusion coefficient D of this molecule in alginate gel was calculated. The method gave new implications in field of controlled drug release kinetic studies.
