摘要
聋人高等教育积极贯彻落实创新创业教育,实施教育改革,将有力推动聋人大学生就业困境的破解。以实现聋人大学生创业为目标的企业孵化模式,可以简单区分为链条型与复制型两大类。企业孵化模式的具体建构,不仅要遴选适宜的创业项目、拓宽创业资金的来源,而且要构建运营的长效机制。这不仅可以切实提高聋人大学生的创业成功率,而且可以推动创业教育体系的完善,为和谐社会建设贡献力量。
Higher education for the deaf should implement the innovation entrepreneurship and education reform actively to solve the employment difficulties for the deaf college students. The enterprise incubation model is an active and beneficial exploration to implement the innovation entrepreneurship education. It can be divided into two categories： chain type and replication type. If we want to construct the enterprise incubation,we shouldnot onlyselect the appropriate entrepreneurial projects,broaden the sources of venture capital,but also build a long- term mechanism of operation. This can improve the entrepreneurship success rate fordeaf college students effectively and promote entrepreneurship education system perfect,and finally make contributions to the harmonious society construction.
