摘要
失眠总由阴阳二气昼夜运行异常、阴阳失交所致。夜间阳盛阴衰,故夜卧不宁;白昼阴盛阳衰而见神疲乏力。针对夜间睡卧不宁,当于夜间(或下午)治以泻阳补阴;针对日间精力不济,当于白昼予升阳法治之。治疗失眠症当夜滋阴与昼升阳择时使用,可使阴阳调和而"昼精-夜瞑"。
Insomnia is caused by abnormal circulation of yin and yang during the day and night and imbalance of yin and yang. Yang excess and yin deficiency at night leads to sleeplessness during the night; yin excess and yang deficiency at the daytime results in fatigue and lack of energy during the day. Thus sleeplessness during the night should be treated with reducing yang and nourishing yin in the evening(or in the afternoon); fatigue and lack of energy during the day should be treated with ascending yang in the morning. Nourishing yin in the evening and ascending yang in the morning makes the harmonious state of balance between yin and yang and ‘be powerful during the day and sleep well during the night'.
