摘要
目的研究分析小儿手足口病的临床护理措施。方法采用随机抽样法,在我院接诊的手足口病患儿中选取82例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各41例,观察组患儿给予综合护理,对照组患儿则仅给予常规护理措施进行干预,对比两组患儿的病程以及口腔疱疹和手足疱疹的愈合情况。结果观察组患儿的病程短于对照组患儿(P<0.05),观察组患儿的口腔疱疹以及手足疱疹的愈合情况均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论给予综合护理能够有效缩短小儿手足口病的病程,促进患儿口腔疱疹以及手足疱疹的愈合。
Objective To study the clinical nursing measures of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Using random sampling method, select 82 patients in our hospital admissions in children with HFMD, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing, while the control group were given routine nursing measures, the course of the two groups were compared with the course of the disease and the healing of oral herpes and hand, foot and mouth. Results The duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, in the observation group, the healing of oral herpes and hand foot and mouth sores were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively shorten the course of children with hand foot mouth disease, and promote the healing of oral herpes and hand, foot and mouth.
