中医推拿联合早期运动康复对膝半月板损伤后功能恢复的影响 被引量:17

Effect of Traditional Chinese Massage Combined with Early Rehabilitation on Functional Recovery after Knee Meniscus Injury

摘要 目的:探讨中医推拿联合早期运动康复对膝半月板损伤后功能恢复的影响。方法:选取膝半月板损伤患者56例,随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,实验组采取中医推拿联合早期运动疗法,对照组采取早期运动疗法。所有患者于系统康复前后行Lysholm评分、膝关节分级以及膝关节活动度评定,对两组患者的疗效进行统计分析。结果:实验组患者的Lysholm膝关节评分与膝关节分级优良率均显著性高于对照组,且(均P=0.001);另外,康复治疗前两组患者膝关节活动度无显著差异(P>0.05),采取康复治疗之后,实验组患者膝关节活动度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半月板损伤后早期系统的运动康复训练可最大限度地防止肌肉萎缩、关节粘连,缩短疗程,有利于半月板的功能恢复。 Objective : To explore the effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with early rehabilitation on functional recovery after knee meniscus injury. Methods:A total of elbow fractures in 56 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,28 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese massage combined with early exercise therapyand the control group with early exercise therapy. Lysholm score, knee joint and knee motion grading of all patients before and after rehabilitation were compared. Results : In the experimental group, the Lysholm knee score and the excellent and good rates were significantly higher than those in the control group ( all P = 0.001 ). In addition, two groups' knee recovery had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). After rehabilitation, the knees of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The early rehabilitation training can prevent the muscle atrophy and adhesion and shorten the course of treatmentand it is beneficial to the recovery of the function of the meniscus.
