摘要
食品安全风险监测是实施食品安全监督管理的重要手段。当前,我国正在全面推进食品药品监管机制改革,江西省已基本完成改革任务。2015年10月,新修订的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》将正式全面实施。做好食品监管体制转变和新食品安全法实施后的食品安全风险监测工作,尤为重要和迫切。该研究通过探讨机制改革后江西省食品安全风险监测现行的工作机制及存在的问题,提出了相关建议。
Food safety risk monitoring is an important mean for the implementation of food safety supervision and management. At present, the reform of food and drug regulatory mechanisms is comprehensive reformed in China ed. In October 2015, the newly revised "food safety law of the people's Republic of China" had been officially implemented. It is important and urgent to do a good job for food safety monitoring system changes and the new food safety law after the implementation of food safety risk monitoring. In this article, the existing problems were investigated after the reform of the existing work mechanism, the relevant proposals were put forward.
