摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理模式在下肢骨折患者手术室疼痛中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2015年12月江苏省连云港市第二人民医院诊治的100例行下肢骨折手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。评估患者进入手术室后导致疼痛发生的因素,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上针对疼痛因素给予舒适护理干预措施。比较两组患者的舒适程度及对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患者舒适护理干预后疼痛评分较护理干预前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者舒适度与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者护理非常满意度及总满意度与对照组患者相比均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对下肢骨折患者系统实施具有针对性的舒适护理,可显著减轻患者入手术室后的疼痛程度,为手术顺利进行创造条件,提高患者舒适度及对护理服务的满意度。
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comfortable nursing mode in the patients with low-er limb fracture after entering the operation room. Methods： 100 cases of lower limb fracture surghospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into a control grouan observation group,with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routcare,while those in the observation group received additional comfortable nursing intervention according to pain factors,on the basis of routine nursing care. The causes of pain in patients were evaluated after ente-ring the operation room. The comfort level of patients and the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing intervention, the pain score in the observation groupwas significantly lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the comfort degrpatients was significantly increased in the observation group after nursing （ P 〈 0. 05）. Furthermore, the satisfaction degree of nursing service was significantly elevated in the observation group when comparedwith the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The comfortable nursing intervention for patients with lower limb fracture can efficiently relieve their pain after entering the operation roomfor successful operation,and improve care satisfaction.
