摘要
目的:探讨蛇舌草蒲公英煎剂氧气雾化对放化疗性口腔炎的治疗效果。方法:治疗组100例放化疗性口腔炎的患者在常规的Na HCO2口腔护理、饭后睡前漱口、饮食护理基础上应用蛇舌草蒲公英煎剂氧气雾化治疗,对照组100例仅用常规的Na HCO2口腔护理、饭后睡前漱口、饮食护理。两组均于用药后3d、6d观察口腔黏膜的颜色、性质,溃疡的大小、颜色、有无出血等情况。结果:经3d护理,两组症状比较,治疗组总有效率为74%,对照组总有效率为45%;6d护理后,两组症状比较,治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为58%,治疗组在治疗放化疗性口腔炎疗效方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用蛇舌草蒲公英煎剂氧气雾化治疗放化疗性口腔炎具有良好的疗效,此研究对弘扬中医精髓,减轻患者放化疗性副作用,提高患者的治疗依从性有着重要的意义。
Objective： To investigate efficacy of diffusa dandelion oxygen atomization on stomatitis after chemoradiotherapy. Methods： 200 patients in two groups were given conventional NaHCO2 oral care, diet nursing; the treatment group was treated by diffusa dandelion oxygen atomization more. The color and nature of the oral mucosa, ulcer size, color, bleeding and other conditions were observed in groups in 3, 6 days. Results： In 3 days, the effciency was 74% in the treatment group, and 45% in the control group. In 6 days, the effciency was 84% in the treatment group, and better than 58% in the control group, with a signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Diffusa dandelion oxygen atomization on stomatitis after chemoradiotherapy gains a good curative effect. There is an important signiifcance to carry forward the essence of TCM, reduce side effects after chemoradiotherapy, and improve compliance.
