摘要
船舶超载是一种危害性极大的水上交通违法行为,为了有效制止此类行为的发生,论文提出了一种基于多波束声纳对超载船只进行快速、有效的检测方法。论文介绍了系统的整体设计和基本工作原理,并分别对水下检测分系统和岸端分系统做了详细论述。系统经过大量船只的测量验证,检测概率95%以上,对船只几何特征和吃水深度的测量误差小于0.2m,证明了系统工作稳定、可靠,满足实际使用需求。
The ship overload is a great harm water traffic illgal act, in order to effectively prevent the occurrence ofsuch behavior, this paper presents a fast and effective detection method to overloading of vessels based on multi beam sonar.The paper introduces the overall design and the basic working principle of the system, and discusses the underwater detectbranch system and the shore end point system in detail. The system has been verified by detect a large number of vessels, thedetection probability is more than 95%, the measurement error of the geometric characteristics of the vessel and the draftdepth is less than 0. 2m, it is proved that the system is stable and reliable, and can meet the application demand.
