摘要
采用泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术对乙苯-苯乙烯装置开展了全面检测和统计分析,发现泄漏密封点并通过维修减少挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放。结果表明:乙苯-苯乙烯装置密封点泄漏率为1.30%,修复成功率为60.0%;修复后VOCs排放量为1.8370t/a,减排率为52.0%。该乙苯-苯乙烯装置容易泄漏的密封点类型为法兰、阀门和连接件,占泄漏排放量的93.1%。通过实施LDAR技术,为企业减少了VOCs排放,减少油品损失,同时改善了周边环境质量。
In order to study and decrease the leakage of Ethyl benzene-Styrene Plant, the date of leakage detection by LDAR are statisticed and analyzed to find the leakage and reduce the volatile organic compounds (VOCs)emission by repair. The results indicated that the leakage rate of Ethyl benzene-Styrene Plant is 1.30%, and the successful repair rate is 60.0%; After repaired of leak positions, the VOCs emission is 1.8370 t/a, and the emission reduction rate is 52.0%. The flange ,valves and joint of Ethyl benzene-Styrene Plant are the points most likely to leak, their VOCs emission are accounting for 93.1% of the all. Through implemented LDAR, the VOCs emission of enterprise is decreased, the oil loss is decreased, and the quality of environment is improved.
