摘要
为了减小掘进机电控箱的振动,利用UG建立某新型掘进机实体模型,并导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析,从而得到掘进机各阶固有频率和振型。结合分析结果,提出合理的设计改进,使整机固有频率尽量远离共振频率范围,避免电气元件损坏。
In order to reduce machine vibration of the electric cabinet, the model of road-header is established based on UG,then imported to ANSYS Workbench to analyze in modal analysis, determine each natural frequency and vibration model of the machine. Combined with the results of this analysis, reasonable design modifications should be put forward. It allowed the natural frequency away from the resonance frequency range asfar as possible , avoid electrical components damage.
