基于微变电容腔油水比例测量原理的油膜厚度测量传感系统

摘要 海水受到油的污染后,可形成三层不同介质,即空气、油、水。测定油气界面和油水界面之间的距离即为油膜的厚度。常见产生污染的油品,其介电常数为空气的2倍以上,若在污染物上方设一探测电极,以污染物下面的海水为另一电极,则二电极之间会形成一个电容。当上电极接近油膜甚至接触到油膜时,由于介电常数的突然增加,电容值突然提高。测量电路由555定时器及其外围电路构成多谐振荡器,通过精确测量油气界面、油水界面位置x1、x0相应的频率转折点,得到x1、x0位置数据,其差值即为油膜厚度。 after the seawater is contaminated,three different medias in three layers are formed:namely air,oil and water.The oil film thickness is the distance measured between oil-gas interface and the oil-water interface.The dielectric constant of the common polluting oil is twice or more of that of the air,if a detection electrode is set above the pollutants,and the seawater below the pollutant as another electrode,a capacitor is formed between the two electrodes.When the upper electrode is close to the oil film or even contact the oil film,due to a sudden increase in the dielectric constant,the capacitance value suddenly increased.Measuring circuit 555 timer and its peripheral circuits forms multivibrator,data at the position of x1,x0 is obtained and by accurately measuring the frequency transformation point of oil-gas interface and the oil-water interface at the position x1,x0 and the difference is the oil film thickness.
