摘要 2K-H行星齿轮传动是一种常用的齿轮传动结构,结构紧凑,具有质量轻、体积小、传动比大等特点。以2K-H型行星轮系作为研究对象,通过SolidWorks进行三维建模,对各齿轮进行受力分析,计算转矩、圆周力和齿面法力,最后通过ANSYS进行有限元分析,完成齿轮弯曲疲劳强度计算分析,验证了各轮齿强度符合设计要求。 2K-H planetary gear is a commonly used gear transmission structure. It has compact, light weight, small size, transmission ratio and other characteristics. Will be one kind of 2K-H planetary gear train as an object of study, carried out by SolidWorks 3D modeling, stress analysis of the gears, calculation of torque, and the tooth surface circumferential force mana. Finally used ANSYS finite element analysis, complete gear bending fatigue strength calculation and analysis to verify the strength of each tooth meet the design requirements.
