摘要 建立了竹炭固相萃取恒能量同步荧光法测定河水中多环芳烃(PAHs)。优化了实验条件。选定正己烷为洗脱溶剂,洗脱溶剂体积为10 m L,上样速率为5 m L/min,上样体积为555 m L。该方法的检出限在0.185~1.77 ng·m L^(-1)之间,相对标准偏差为2.28%~5.40%,实际水样的加标回收率为95.4%~110.7%。 A method for simultaneous determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in water was developed by constant-energy synchronous fluorescence spectrometry with bamboo charcoal solid phase extraction. Based on comprehensive analysis of experiments, n-hexane was selected as elution solvent. Influences of four main factors, type and dosage of absorbent, speed and volume of sampling, on extraction efficiency were investigated. Solid-phase extraction with bamboo charcoal cartridges was carried out under the condition of 10 m L n-hexane as elution solvent with 5m L/min sampling speed and 555 m L sampling volume. As a result, detection limits were in the range of 0.185~1.77 ng·m L^(-1) for the PAHs, relative standard deviations ranged from 2.28 % to 5.40 %. By using this method, real samples were determined directly and good results were obtained with recoveries of 95.4 % to 110.7 %.
