摘要
以养殖废水生化处理后的剩余污泥为原料,H_3PO_4为活化剂制备污泥活性炭.将其用于对Pb^(2+)废水处理,结果表明,用H_3PO_4化学活化法在550°C活化60min时制备出污泥活性炭20mg,对pH=5.5,5mg/L的Pb^(2+)溶液、吸附80min后,吸附去除率可达98.7%:污泥活性炭对Pb^(2+)废水的吸附规律符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,饱和吸附量为42.9mg/g.
Activated carbon was prepared from excessive sludge from livestock farming wastewater treatment plant ,and H3PO4 was used as the activation reagent. Its application to adsorbing Pb2+ in wastewater was also studied. The optimum preparation conditions are activation temperature 550℃, activation time 60 min. Under the optimized conditions, a small amount of the adsorben(1.0 g/L) could remove as much as 98.7%of Pb(II)(5 mg/L) in 80 min at pH 5.5. The absorption isotherm well fits the models of Langmuir equation, with a monolayer adsorption capacity of 42.9 mg/g.
