摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚乙二酸新戊二醇酯(PNA,分子量1 000)生成预聚体,2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)作为亲水扩链剂,二羟甲基丁酸与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚加成产物为预聚体扩链剂,在水性聚氨酯侧链中引入双键基团,合成了一种可紫外光固化的水性聚氨酯。通过UV-DSC测定水性聚氨酯光固化时的热焓变化,研究侧基双键水性聚氨酯光固化工艺。结果表明,当采用复合型光引发剂Darocur1173+Irgacure2959(质量比1∶1),光引发剂用量为水性聚氨酯固含量的1%、光照温度为35℃、光照强度为8 W/cm2时,体系的光固化速率和固化程度为最优。
UV curing waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and polyethylene acid neopentyl glycol ester(PNA,molecular weight 1 000),2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid(DMBA) as hydrophilic chain extender,adducts of DMBA and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)as extender.Enthalpy of waterborne polyurethane in curing process was investigated with UV-DSC.Test results indicated that when the composite photoinitiators 1173 + 2959(1∶1 by weight) in an amount of waterborne polyurethane solids content by 1%,light temperature at 35 ℃,light intensity at 8 W/cm2,photocuring rate and curing was optimal.
