铬钼钢制焦炭塔的损伤及其修复处理研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于某炼油项目焦炭塔的首次和第二次全面检验结果,分析了该在用焦炭塔的损伤形式。由于裂纹和腐蚀严重,决定对焦炭塔锥段下部进行更换处理。对于铬钼钢复合钢板的焊接,须严格按规定温度进行预热和焊后热处理来降低残余应力,合理安排焊接顺序,严格控制层间温度,避免产生裂纹。更换锥段下部的焦炭塔运行一年后,对所更换锥段和焊缝的检验结果表明,焦炭塔整体运行效果良好,所采用的焊接工艺可以有效避免裂纹,没有产生新生的裂纹和腐蚀现象。 Based on the results of the first and second periodic inspection of the coke drum in an oil refinery, the damage forms of the coke drum in service were analyzed. Replacement of the lower part of the cone of the coke drum was carried out due to the severe cracks and corrosion. For welding of Chrome-Molybdenum steel composite steel plate, the processes should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the temperature of preheating and post welding heat treatment, reasonable welding sequence arrangement, and the temperature between layers to reduce residual stress and avoid cracks. After one year running of the coke drum, inspection results without new cracks and corrosion, and the operation of the replaced cone section was in good condition, which showed that the welding orocess could effectively avoid the generation of cracks and corrosion.
