岑溪软枝油茶无性系苗期速生性评价 被引量:5

Evaluation on Fast-growth of Cenxi Soft-branch Camellia oleifera Clones in the Seedling Stage

摘要 选择岑溪软枝油茶半同胞子代的优株采集接穗,以香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)1年生实生苗为砧木建立无性系,进行苗期速生性试验测定。结果表明:苗高和地径在无性系间均达到了极显著差异(P=0.01),而叶片数差异不大;苗高和地径的重复力分别为0.809和0.703,受遗传控制程度高,叶片数的重复力仅为0.444,受遗传控制程度较低;以苗高、地径和叶片数为指标,采用加权系数法进行综合评价,按10%的入选率,筛选出54号速生无性系,其苗高、地径和叶片数的遗传增益分别为12.31%、11.01%和1.38%。由此可见,从苗期生长性状角度,进行岑溪软枝油茶无性系速生性早期选育是可行的。 Collecting scions of superior strains from half sib progeny of Cenxi soft - branch Camellia ole- ifera, with 1 -year- old Camellia osmantha seedlings as rootstocks to establish clones, we conducted a fast - growing test in the seedling stage. The results showed that seedling height and ground diameter were extremely significant (P=0. 01 ) in the clones. However, leaf number was not significant. The repeat- ability of seedling height and ground diameter in clones was 0. 809 and 0. 703, respectively, so the two traits were under a high degree of genetic control. The repeatability of leaf number was 0. 444, which was under a lower degree of genetic control. Considering the seedling height, ground diameter and leaf number as indexes, the weight coefficient method was used for comprehensive evaluation, on the basis of 10% -elected rate, a fast -growing clone No. 54 was selected out that the genetic gains of seedling height, ground diameter and leaf number were 12.31%, 11.01% and 1.38%, respectively. So it was feasible to breed fast - growing Cenxi soft - branch Camellia oleifera clones in the early stage from the growth traits of seedlings.
