摘要
开发校友资源,挖掘校友潜力,加强校友与在校学生的互动,是促进在校生成长成才的一条重要途径。本文立足于大学生思想政治教育工作,对优秀校友资源在大学生思想政治教育中的价值进行了阐述,对当前校友资源在大学生思想政治教育运用中存在的问题进行了分析,从而提出了更好地发挥校友资源在大学生思想政治教育中的措施。
It is a good way to promote college students growing up to develop the alumni resources,exploit its potentialities and enhance the interaction of alumni and students. The article tells the value of great alumni resources on students＇ ideological and political education,analyzes the problems existing in the process of education and puts forward some measures.
