摘要
聚合物太阳能电池具有质量轻、成本低、可大面积柔性制备等优点,近年来成为国内外研究的热点.界面修饰是实现器件效率最大化的有效途径.与无机、高分子类界面修饰材料相比,富勒烯类界面修饰材料因富勒烯本身良好的电子亲和性及与受体分子结构相似而表现出优异的兼容性,在提高聚合物太阳能电池性能方面表现尤为突出.本文介绍了聚合物太阳能电池的结构与光伏参数,综述了富勒烯衍生物作为界面修饰材料,在聚合物太阳能电池中的研究进展,并对富勒烯类界面修饰材料的进一步发展进行了探讨.
Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have drawn extensive attention because of their advantages of light weight,low cost and flexibility.Interfacial modification is an effective approach to maximize the efficiency of PSCs.Compared to inorganic metal oxides or polymer electrolytes,fullerene-based interfacial materials show excellent compatibility with active layer due to their proper electron affinity and structural similarity with electron acceptors.Thus,fullerene-based interfacial materials make great contribution to performance enhancement of PSCs.In this review,the device structure and photovoltaic parameters were introduced,and especially,recent progress in fullerene-based interfacial materials was reviewed in detail.
