摘要
目的：探讨宫腔镜电切术联合药物疗法治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法以我院2015年6月～2016年3月接收治疗的58例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象，按照随机分组原则将其均分为实验组、对照组，每组患者29例，对比两组患者临床治疗效率及安全性。结果实验组患者接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的同时辅助药物进行综合治疗6个月后，患者子宫内膜厚度与对照组相比显著改善，基本恢复到正常水平，且术后出血量显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论宫腔镜电切除术联合药物治疗子宫内膜息肉临床疗效确切，且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy combined with drug therapy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 58 cases of uterine endometrial polyps patients in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were taken as the research object, in accordance with the principle of randomization score they were divided into experimental group and control group, 29 cases of patients in each group, clinical effciency and safety between two groups were compared.Results The results showed that the patients in the experimental group received hysteroscopic surgery and adjuvant drug comprehensive treatment after 6 months, the endometrial thickness in research group signiifcantly improved compared to the control group, and recovered to the normal level, and the amount of postoperative bleeding was signiifcantly reduced（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with drug treatment of endometrial polyps have great clinical effect, and high safety.
