摘要
目的：探讨个体化护理在腔镜辅助乳腺手术中的应用效果。方法选择2013年2月～2015年7月在我院行腔镜辅助乳腺手术的40例患者作为受试对象，按住院号尾数单双号随机分为对照组和观察组，各20例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组采用个体化护理，比较两组患者术后并发症、术后引流时间、住院时间等情况及乳房外观满意度。结果观察组患者并发症发生率（5.00%）、术后引流时间[（6.38＆#177;1.54）d]、术后住院时间[（9.25＆#177;1.67）d]均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组乳房外观满意度（90.00%）高于对照组（65.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腔镜辅助乳腺手术治疗中应用个体化化护理模式，有助于提高术后恢复效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in the operation of mammary gland operation.Methods 40 cases underwent endoscopic assisted breast surgery patients were selected as subjects from February 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the hospital numbers, 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given individual nursing care. The postoperative complications, drainage time, length of stay, and the degree of satisfaction of the breast were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of observation group （5.00%）, postoperative drainage time [（6.38±1.54） d], postoperative hospital stay [（9.25±1.67）d] were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group （90.00%） was significantly higher than the control group （65.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of individualized nursing in endoscopic assisted breast surgery, is helpful to improve the postoperative recovery effect.
