摘要
目的分析高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效。方法将本院收治的180例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为A组(60例)、B组(60例)、C组(60例),分别接受生理盐水、3%氯化钠液、5%氯化钠液雾化吸入治疗,现对比分析上述3组患儿的治疗效果。结果 3组患儿治疗24 h后临床严重程度评分(CBSS1)、治疗48 h后临床严重度评分(CBSS2)、治疗72 h后临床严重度评分(CBSS3)、喘息缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院总时间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿上述指标均显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05),但B组与C组上述指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患儿不良反应发生率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患儿不良反应发生率显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05),A组与B组之间不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化吸入高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效确切,与5%氯化钠液相比,3%氯化钠液雾化吸入治疗的安全性更佳。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis and nursing. Methods A total of 180 capillary bronchitis children in our hospital were randomly divided into group A( 60 cases),group B( 60cases) and group C( 60 cases),accepting 3% sodium chloride solution,5% sodium chloride liquid,and atomization inhalation therapy,respectively. Therapeutic effect of the three groups was contrasted. Results Clinical severity score( CBSS1) after 24 h of treatment,clinical severity score( CBSS2) after 48 h after treatment,clinical severity score( CBSS3) after 72 h of treatment,breathing ease time,cough ease,hospitalization time,and wheezing sound disappear time were compared,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05),the above indicators in group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C group( P 〈 0. 05),above indexes of group B was no statistically significant difference compared with group C( P 〉 0. 05). Incidence of adverse reactions of three groups showed statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 05),and group C was significantly higher than group A and group B( P 〈 0. 05),there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Curative effect of atomizing inhaled hypertonic saline for capillary bronchitis is obvious,and 3% sodium chloride liquid for atomization inhalation therapy is more secure compared with 5% sodium chloride liquid.
