摘要
林木种苗是当前我国林业发展中非常重要的一个环节,林业能否健康发展,其大部分因素都在林木种苗的正常培养状态上。由于林木种苗发展属于公益事业的组成部分,所以从目前我国的林业发展情况来看,并不能完全保证林木种苗的茁壮成长,对于林业发展方面仍存在诸多问题,因此对林木相关问题进行研究具有深远意义。
Forest seedling is a very important link in the development of forestry in China. The healthy development of forestry mostly depends on the normal cultivation of forest seedling. As the development of forest seedling is part of the public welfare, there are still some problems in the forestry development, therefore, it has far-reaching significance on study of forest seedling.
