摘要
古代文献记载夹脊穴与督脉及足太阳经经气相同,并借此调节脏腑相关疾病,从而发挥其调和气血,平衡阴阳的功效。现代研究表明,针刺夹脊穴能够刺激脊神经的传入和传出神经,发挥其调节植物神经、改善血液循环、镇痛及调节自由基的效应。临床被广泛应用于治疗神经系统疾病及疑难杂症,其作用机制与脊神经关系密切。
Clip ridge point in recent years in the clinical application is broad,the ancient literature clip ridge cave and du meridian and the sun through the bullishness of the same,and to adjust the viscera related diseases,so as to exert its harmonic qi and blood,the balance of yin and yang effect. Modern research also suggests that clip ridge point is widely used in therapy of nervous system diseases and incurable diseases,its action mechanism is closely associated with spinal nerve,clip ridge point acupuncture can stimulate the spinal nerve afferent and efferent nerve,so as to exert its adjust plant nerve,improve blood circulation,analgesia and adjust the effect of free radicals.
