人参皂苷Re对ADP、PAF、AA诱导家兔血小板聚集功能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]研究人参皂苷Re对血小板聚集功能的影响。[方法]采用体外实验通过Born法观察人参皂苷Re对二磷酸腺苷钠盐(ADP)、血小板活化因子(PAF)、花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的家兔血小板聚集率的影响。[结果]人参皂苷Re体外抑制ADP、PAF、AA诱导的家兔血小板聚集差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.197、0.242、0.443 g/L。[结论]人参皂苷Re呈剂量依赖性抑制体外ADP、PAF、AA诱导的血小板聚集,且抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用强于PAF、AA。 [Objective] To study the effect of ginsenoside Re on platelet aggregation function. [Methods] In vitro, through tile Born law, effect of ginsenoside Re on sodium salt adenosine diphosphate (ADP), platelet-activating factor (PAF), arachidonic acid (AM-induced platelet aggregation rate of. [Results] Ginsenoside Re in vitro ADP, PAF, AA-induced platelet aggregation was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05, P〈O.01), median inhibiting concentration (IC50), 0.197 g/L, 0.242 g/L, and 0.443 g/L respectively. [Conclusion] The ginsenoside Re in a dose- dependent inhibition of in vitro ADP, PAF, AA-induced platelet aggregation, and ADP-induced platelet aggregation was stronger than PAF, AA.
