摘要
采用湿法处理装备对落地油泥进行处理,通过对比试验可确定油泥进料量、破碎台取渣时间、浆化时间、盘片泵剥离频率、气浮盘片泵频率、一次气浮时间、二次气浮时间、旋流浮选装备翻板频率8项指标的最佳工艺条件。设计正交试验,并通过单个响应指标的饱和正交分析和多个响应指标的饱和正交分析确定了起泡剂用量、一次剥离时间、二次剥离时间、水温度4项指标的最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下,混合砂含油率可达到0.29%,浮渣含油率可达到70.20%,满足GB4284—1984《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》中含油量处理要求。
Oil sludge was treated by wet-processing equipment, optimal technological condition such as feed quantity, time of broken and flotation, time of mud-making, pump frequency of stripping, pump frequency of flota- tion, first flotation time, second flotation time and cyclone frequency can be determined by comparative tests. Dos- age of foaming agent, first stripping time, second stripping time and water temperature were analyzed by orthogonal test. In the optimal technological condition, oil content of the mixed sand can reach 0.29% , and oil content of the scum can reach 70.20%. The results perfectly met the standard of GBd284--1984.
