人肛管直肠环肌群的力学特性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨肛管直肠肌环的力学特性。方法:取一直肠癌患者行腹会阴联合直肠癌切除术后的完整肛管直肠肌环进行肌肉力学测定,获得其随载荷变化的变形行为以及最大抗拉强度。结果:肛管直肠环体外实验显示位移与载荷、应力、应变,应力与应变均呈现正相关,肛管直肠肌环的弹性模量辨识结果分别为0.32 MPa。结论:采用直肠癌患者的肛管直肠环活体组织并有效保存,研究肛管直肠环力学特性,为此建立高仿真度肛管直肠环有限元模型奠定基础。 Objective: Discussing the mechanics experiment, musle group.
