摘要
目的分析在糖皮质激素治疗基础上,加用蚁灵口服液联合消银片治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法选取我科2014年4月—2016年4月住院治疗的初发过敏性紫癜患者共150例。随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用蚁灵口服液(10 m L/次,3次/d,口服)和消银片(6粒/次,3次/d,口服)治疗,疗程3个月。对比2组患者治疗后的临床疗效和肾功能损害情况。结果观察组治疗后的关节痛消退时间、腹痛消退时间、皮疹消退时间、住院天数和皮疹退而复现次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3^+、CD3^+CD8^+显著低于对照组,CD3^+CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的IL-4、IL-17和IFN-γ显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血β2-微球蛋白和尿β2-微球蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖皮质激素治疗基础上,加用蚁灵口服液联合消银片治疗过敏性紫癜可有效改善临床症状,发挥细胞免疫和体液免疫调节作用,预防肾功能损害。
Objective In order to analyze the clinical effect of Yiling oral liquid and Xiaoyinpian based on glucocorticoid for allergic purpura. Methods All of 150 hospitalized cases newly diagnosed as allergic purpura in our department from April2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were received oral prednisone tablets, and the observation group were taken Yiling oral liquid 10 m L orally, three times a day and Xiaoyinpian 6pills orally, three times a day for three months. Clinical effects and renal damage were compared. Results The joint,abdominal pain, the rash subsided time, total hospital days and rash reproduction frequency in observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment CD3＋, CD3＋CD8＋in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and CD3＋CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. IL-4, IL-17 and IFN-γ in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. After three months＇ treatment, the 24 h urine protein, urine red blood cells, blood and urine β2-microglobulin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Yiling oral liquid and Xiaoyinpian based on the glucocorticoid for allergic purpura can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, the immune cells and humoral immune regulation, prevention of renal dysfunction.
