摘要 目的:探析品管圈在医院药剂科质量管理持续改善中的应用。方法:具体介绍品管圈的含义、内容、实施基础和操作步骤,分析其在医院药剂科质量管理持续改善中的可行性与可靠性,通过总结福建省4家"三甲"医院4个品管圈试点的进行来分析其所获得的成果。结果:在医院药剂科质量管理中采用品管圈方法使得管理水平和质量获得显著提升,与未采取品管圈方法前,差异显著,其中各组综合差错发生次数分别由22.6、179.00、16.15、45.50降低到9.25、56.00、5.44、22.00,进步率均在50%以上,且4组P值分别为0.01、0.01、0.02、0.01均小于0.05,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院药剂科日常工作过程中,采用品管圈应用方法,能够有效提升医疗医护人员的护理水平和工作水平,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床上推广和应用。 Objective: To explore the application of QCC in continuous improvement of hospital pharmacy quality management. Methods. The specific meaning, content, and implementation basis and operation steps were introduced to analyze the feasibility and reliability in continuous improvement of hospital pharmacy quality management, and the results were analyzed by summarizing 4 QCC pilot performed in Fujian four " top three" hospital. Results. QCC in hospital pharmacy quality management makes management level and quality significantly improved. Compared with the former method, the difference was statistically significant. Comprehensive error occurrences of each group respectively reduced from 22.6, 179.00, 16.15, 45.50 to 9.25, 56.00, 5.44, 22.00,all progress rates were above 50%,and four groups of P values were 0.01, 0.01, 0.02, 0. 01, less than 0.05,which the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion, In the hospital pharmacy daily work process, using the QCC method can effectively enhance the level of care and the level of medical care medical staff working with high clinical value, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
