摘要
以比表面积0.4-0.6㎡/g的银微粉作为分散原粉,以醇类表面活性剂作为分散剂进行分散,且固定其加入量,对不同的分散时间以及分散频率进行取样分析,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察银微粉的分散状态,利用激光粒度分布仪检测银粉的粒度分布情况,探索银微粉在不同的分散工艺下的分散情况。
In a specific surface area of 0.4 to 0.6 ㎡ / g of silver particles were used as raw powders dispersed in an alcohol as a dispersant surfactant dispersion, and added a fixed amount of time and the dispersion of the different frequency dispersion sampled and analyzed by the dispersion state of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation of the silver powder, using a laser particle size analyzer to detect the particle size distribution of the silver powder, the exploration of silver powder dispersed in different processes of dispersion conditions.
