摘要
随着辅助生育技术的开展,宫内妊娠合并异位妊娠的多部位妊娠的发病率有升高趋势,熟悉和掌握及时诊断、处理异位妊娠并积极保留宫内妊娠的理念和方法是有益的。本文通过报道2例分别行双侧输卵管切除术或根部切断的患者,经IVFET后发生输卵管间质部妊娠合并宫内妊娠的临床转归及文献复习,证实此类患者经早期、积极的药物和手术治疗,可以获得满意的围产结局。即使孕期行宫角肌层修补的病例也多能维持至足月,对于辅助生育技术获得的珍贵妊娠意义尤其重大。
With the development of assisted reproductive techniques （ART）, the incidence of heterotopic pregnancy has a increase tendency. It is essential to learn the principle and methods for diagnosis and management of heterotopic pregnancy in order to retain the intrauterine pregnancy. The history of two patients who occurred intrauterine pregnancies accompanied with interstitial pregnancy after IVF-ET from Peking Union Medical College Hospital were reported, which demonstrated that such patients can get a satisfactory perinatal outcome after early, aggressive medical and surgical treatment. Even after cornual operation during pregnancy, the intrauterine pregnancy can continue to full term. This is extremely crucial for the precious pregnancy after ART.
