摘要
目的探讨药学服务对2型糖尿病患者血糖达标、用药偏差及不良反应的影响。方法选取156例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为药学服务干预组（n=78）及对照组（n=78）。干预组患者在传统医疗服务的基础上,开展糖尿病相关知识教育和用药教育在内药学综合服务;对照组患者仅按照医嘱接受常规医疗服务。与第二个月末进行电话回访,记录两组患者的血糖达标、用药偏差及不良反应情况。结果药学服务干预后,干预组患者的血糖水平较对照组患者的血糖水平降低[（6.62±1.17）vs（7.81±1.25）mmol/L],血糖达标人数显著增多（χ^2=4.162,P〈0.05）;干预组患者的用药偏差率较对照组患者较低（χ^2=5.981,P〈0.05）;干预组患者的不良反应率较对照组患者较低（χ^2=3.1251,P〈0.05）。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施药学服务干预措施,能够提高其血糖控制达标率,降低患者长期用药导致的用药偏差发生率及不良反应率,有利于患者生活质量的提高。
Objective To study the effect of pharmacy service on the blood sugar reaching standards, medication deviation and adverse reactions of patients with type-2 diabetes. Methods 156 cases of patients with type-2 diabetes were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 78 cases in each, the intervention group carried out the diabetes related knowledge education and medication education on the basis of the traditional medical service, the control group only received the routine medical service according to the doctor＇s orders, and the blood sugar reaching standards,medication deviation and adverse reaction of the two groups were recorded by the telephone follow-up at the end of the second month. Results After the intervention of pharmacy service, the blood sugar level in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, [（6.62±1.17） vs（7.81±1.25） mmol/L], and the number of patients whose blood sugar reached standards was obviously increased,（χ^2=4.162, P〈0.05）, and the medical deviation rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,（χ^2=5.981, P〈0.05）, and the adverse reaction rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,（χ^2=3.1251, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of pharmacy service intervention measures for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the blood sugar controlling standard-reaching rate, reduce the incidence rate of medical deviation caused by the long-term medication of patients and adverse reaction rate, which is conducive to the improvement of quality of life of patients.
