摘要
焊缝连接在钢结构工程中应用广泛。传统设计假定焊缝应力在有效截面上分布均匀,但实际上焊缝存在严重的应力集中及应力分布不均匀的现象。如果设计中不考虑焊缝单元的节点分析,与实际情况会存在一定程度的误差。以某大跨42 m桁架加固实例为分析对象,详细介绍了桁架的加固设计,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对节点进行分析。
Welding connection has been widely used in steel structure engineering. The traditional design method assumed that stress uniform distribution on effective cross-section. In fact,welding seam exists serious stress concentration and non-uniform distribution. It is possible to produce error without considering the joint analysis of welding seam element.Based on a reinforcement project of a long-span 42 m truss,the reinforcement design of truss was introduced in detail,and the joint analysis was also conducted by ABAQUS.
