摘要
作为农业生产的子部门,饲料系统必然会随农业系统的变化而变化。在生态农业背景下,明清太湖地区的饲料系统产生了两方面的变化。一方面,饲料资源得到了进一步广泛而深入的开发,通过粪便饲料化、水生植物饲料化等多种新方式,太湖地区的饲料种类达到了古代历史高峰;另一方面,饲料系统开始与肥料系统相互结合,并出现了基于"饲料-肥料"链环的多种循环系统。饲料系统变化后又具有了新的价值,可将其概括为生态价值、经济价值和当代应用价值。
As a sub-sector of agricultural production,the feed system is bound to change with changes in agricultural system.Under the background of ecological agriculture,the Ming and Qing feed system in Taihu Lake region produces two changes.On the one hand,feed resources gained further,extensive and in-depth development.Forage species in Taihu Lake region reached a peak of ancient history through a variety of new ways such as making the stool and aquatic plant as feed.On the other hand,feed system and fertilizer system combined with each other and thus a variety of circulatory system based on the chain link of " feed-fertilizer" appeared.After the change,feed system starts with new values,which can be summarized as ecological value,economic value and contemporary value for application.
