摘要
目的应用非接触眼压计对上海市浦东新区祝桥镇65岁及以上人群进行抽样筛查,探讨非接触眼压计在老年人健康体检中的应用价值。方法 2015年3-6月采用随机整群抽样方法对浦东新区祝桥镇65岁及以上人群使用TOMEY FT-1000型非接触眼压计开展眼压测量,发现所有单眼眼压>21 mm Hg的被检者,嘱其在规定时间内至祝桥社区复查眼压,对疑似青光眼患者嘱其至上海交通大学附属第六人民医院东院复查眼压,并通过问卷调查记录所有被检者的个人信息。结果共筛查2 108人,应答率达84.39%。其中高眼压或眼压异常者129人(6.12%),15人有青光眼病史;7人复诊后被确诊为青光眼,并进行了相应的治疗;15人复诊后被诊断为高眼压症。结论在老年人群大规模健康检查中,应用非接触眼压计开展眼压筛查,对青光眼的早期发现有一定作用。
Objective To discuss the application value of non-contact tonometer in the elderly health check-up. The ocular hypertension patients in residents aged ≥65 years in Zhuqiao town of Pudong new district were screened by noncontact tonometer. Methods Using random cluster sampling method, patients in residents aged≥65 years were randomly selected from Zhuqiao town. Intraocular pressure（IOP） assessed with non-contact tonometer（TOMEY FT-1 000） from March to June 2015, the one whose IOP was higher than 21 mm Hg would be followed up. IOP was checked by means of non-contact tonometer within the prescribed period in the sixth people＇s hospital of eastern hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong university. And the questionnaire survey recorded all their personal information. Results 2108 cases were examined and the respond rate was 84.39%,in which ocular hypertension or the difference between two eyes were 129 cases, including 15 cases had a history of glaucoma, 7 cases were new diagnosis of glaucoma, and 15 cases were diagnosed with high ocular hypertension. Conclusion Non-contact tonometer can be considered as a valuable screening device used routinely for measuring ocular hypertension among the elderly.
