摘要
非晶合金具有高强度、低杨氏模量等优点,但尺寸小的问题限制了其应用。新型固相焊接方法的搅拌摩擦焊能在工件熔点以下的较低温度实现材料的连接,从而避免焊接热引起非晶合金的晶化。本文介绍了搅拌摩擦焊的基本原理、过程参数及焊缝结构,概述了非晶合金搅拌摩擦焊技术的研究进展,并指出了不足之处。最后提出了非晶合金搅拌摩擦焊技术的前景。
Amorphous alloys have high strength and low Young's modulus, but the small size limits its application.Friction stir welding (FSW) of a new type solid phase welding method can connect the material at a lower temperature belowthe melting point of the work-pieces to prevent the crystallization of amorphous alloy caused by welding heat. Fundamentalprinciples, process parameters, weld microstructure of FSW were introduced. Research progress of amorphous alloys FSWwas summarized. And shortcomings were also pointed out. Finally, the prospect of FSW of amorphous alloys was broughtforward.
